#3 - 2024 was my best year yet...Here's how i made it happen.
Date: December 31, 2024
Hey, you.
It’s December 31st, and here we are—closing out 2024.
The last few weeks have been wild. I went from 10+ days of all-out work mode (we’re talking barely any sleep, just laser focus) straight into an impromptu Goa trip that was nothing short of chaos. Beaches, sunsets, cocktails, nightclubs—you know the vibe.
Celebrated my friend’s 21st birthday in Goa
Here’s the thing: I like working in sprints. Go hard for 14-21 days, block out the world, and get sh*t done. Then, maintain my workload for a few days. December 16th to the 27th was pure grind, and honestly, working during the holidays with family around? Not easy. But I made it work.
Goa was a different story. For two days straight, I didn’t touch my laptop. It was weird—not bad, just weird. I told my friend, “Bro, it feels so odd not having my laptop open for 48 hours.”
But enough about that. Let’s get into the good stuff—this week’s epiphanies.
Epiphany #1: Systems Over Everything
A few days ago, I had a 4-hour call with Saksham (@whysaksham). If you don’t know him, he runs a personal branding agency, documents his life as an entrepreneur and Jiu-Jitsu athlete, and just generally moves like a beast.
This was our second call this year, and it hit me how dialed in his systems are:
The way he runs his agency? Unstoppable.
The way he manages his team? Precision.
The way he up-skills himself? Relentless.
Saksham’s success isn’t some accident. It’s the result of years of building systems, mental models, and frameworks that make his life run like clockwork.
And that got me thinking: stop giving advice. Seriously. Stop telling people what to do. Instead, share systems, share mental frames, share tools they can use to figure it out themselves. That’s where the real value lies.

Epiphany #2: India’s Digital Stack is Elite
I’m a new user of UPI (I left India at 18 and just never transitioned to the whole “Digital India stack”). But wow—this system is insane.
The integration between Aadhaar, phone numbers, UPI, and digital locker? Next level.
Quick commerce — Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart—delivers with such speed that it feels futuristic.
And the entrepreneurial opportunities this creates? Massive.
It’s also made me realise something about Indian consumers: we demand the best price and the best service, always. That’s the standard. And if you’re building for this market, you better deliver both.

Looking Back at 2024
This year has been a ride. Here are a few highlights:
Grew my personal brand to over 65K people across platforms.
Had my best academic year yet (multiple distinctions and high distinctions at the University of Sydney).
Cracked internships in private equity and strategy consulting—two industries I wanted to explore.
Ran a marathon and got in the best shape of my life.
There’s so many more half-achieved “lesson learnt” experiences and pursuits that I haven’t even mentioned ahaha.
But let’s not sugarcoat it—none of this was easy. It came down to one thing: systems.
The systems I built in 2023 carried me through 2024. Academics, career, content, fitness, finances—I had a system for everything. Systems take the guesswork out of the process.
A Gift for You: The Jack of All Trades Notion Template
The systems I used to crush 2024? They’re all in my Jack of All Trades Notion template.
This template is everything you need to organise your life, set goals, and turn your vision into a reality.

Final Thoughts
2024 has been one of the most rewarding years of my life. Not just because of the milestones I hit, but because of the lessons I learned along the way.
Looking back, I’m just incredibly grateful—for the opportunities, the people who’ve been a part of this journey, and the moments (both big and small) that shaped this year.
Thank you for being here and reading Epiphanies. It’s humbling to know that my reflections resonate with you, and I’m excited to keep growing and sharing together in 2025.
Here’s to a year of clarity, effort, and gratitude. Let’s make it count.
Until next time,
Moksh
