#7 - The Leverage Cheat Code

A 4 minute read....

Hey There,

A lot of new people have joined this newsletter recently, so I figured it’s a good time to introduce myself.

I’m 21, originally from a small town called Jamnagar, but currently studying at the University of Sydney. Growing up, I was always drawn to creative pursuits—music, photography, videography—eventually leading me to freelancing. Along the way, I stumbled into calisthenics as a way to transform myself from an overweight teenager into someone who felt in control of his body. At 17, I started my first venture, 'Meteoric,' a calisthenics coaching startup.

Now, a few years later, I’m in my final semester of university, and if you’ve come across my work online, it’s probably because of the various projects I’ve been involved in over the years.

This newsletter is my way of documenting the process—the wins, the failures, and the insights I pick up along the way. Each week, I share one or two epiphanies, along with some recommendations and free resources I think you’ll find useful.

Building Leverage

One of the most valuable lessons I’ve learned is the power of doing things for people without expecting anything in return. Every week, I take time to help someone—whether it’s hopping on a call, solving a problem, or just adding value where I can.

Does it take up my time? Of course. But does it build leverage? Absolutely.

I’m not advocating for blind generosity, but when you genuinely help people who can benefit from your skills, you create a kind of goodwill that compounds over time. It’s not about keeping score—it’s about fostering relationships with people who are pushing boundaries in their own fields. That energy is invaluable, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

Getting a Good Routine in Place

0 routine.

I’ve always tried to keep a few pillars in place: working with intent, meditating, moving every day, and sleeping well.

Lately, though, I’ve let these slip. I’ve been hyper-productive, but at the cost of everything else. And I know from experience that this only works for so long before I hit a wall. So I’m resetting—getting back into a rhythm that doesn’t just keep me productive but actually makes life feel balanced.

Momentum is everything. When you chase a big goal, you get thrown into the deep end. Your old systems stop working, and you scramble to adjust. Eventually, new habits form, discipline compounds, and suddenly, the goal that once felt out of reach becomes your new normal. That first surge of momentum? It’s probably the most addictive feeling there is—like playing life on easy mode.

Updates on StuKonnect

Things are picking up. While Aryan is focused on building the platform and leading the team, I’m gearing up for the launch (which is happening soon). There’s a lot I want to prove—not just to the world but to myself.

This Song is straight fire

I’ve always thrived on the underdog mentality, and that feeling is very present right now. I can’t wait to keep chipping away at this and see where it goes. More sneak peeks coming next week.
